Our client, a real estate development company with 67 properties, was operating on an outdated WordPress website they built in their early days. As the company scaled, their digital presence no longer reflected the size, professionalism, or capabilities of the brand. They needed a complete transformation — from branding to digital infrastructure — to better represent who they are today.

Our Solution

We delivered a complete rebrand and digital overhaul, designed to scale with their growth and serve both marketing and operational needs.

We created a professional, future-facing brand identity including new logos, color palette, fonts, and signage — ensuring consistent visual communication across digital and physical channels.

We designed and developed a fully custom website, optimized for both desktop and mobile. The new site serves as a professional showcase of the company’s portfolio and a powerful lead-generation tool.

We built a custom property management system that maps all 67 buildings in an intuitive, filterable interface. Each building has its own detailed page, including:

We developed a backend CMS tailored to the client’s workflow — allowing them to easily add or update properties, manage inquiries, and track performance. Leads are automatically routed and tracked, saving hours of manual admin work.

All legacy data from their old WordPress site was carefully migrated to the new platform. We then launched the new site with fully managed hosting and ongoing technical support.
